i've taken some shit today for being a vocal spitzer supporter. emails, phone calls, etc. i did say i thought he'd be a good president some day. i admired the worke he's done as a prosecutor.

and this is where my problem with him lies. i don't care that governor spitzer paid for some over-priced whores. i don't think getting your penis wet with a little strange has any effect on his job. he's a democrat, not a holy republican crusader.

but i DO care that former attorney general spitzer has done it. the hypocrisy of putting people behind bars and then committing some high level crimes yourself can't be forgiven.

i don't even think prostitution should be illegal, but it is. and so an attorney general should NOT be doing it.

for him to come out and apologize they must have some hardcore evidence against him.

he's a lot dumber than i would have thought. its a sad day. why not set up women in apartments in D.C. and NYC? does it have to be a whore? i guess whore is a kind of fetish for some people.
